This Privacy Policy explains what information CommonLine collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
- Account information: the email address, name, and organization you provide when you sign up.
- Call metadata: caller phone numbers, call join/leave times, participant durations, and moderation actions, used to operate the room and bill usage accurately.
- Billing information: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical logs: webhook deliveries and diagnostic records needed to operate the service.
2. Call content and recordings
We do not listen to or store call audio unless you start a recording from the dashboard or by keypad. If a recording is made, see our Recording Policy. Participants should be told when a call is being recorded.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve the service.
- To compute usage and bill accurately.
- To investigate fraud, abuse, or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
- To communicate with you about your account.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the providers that run the service (such as the telecommunications and billing providers) and as required by law.
5. Retention
Usage records are retained to support billing and dispute resolution. We retain records for as long as your account is active and thereafter as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
6. Your choices
You can update account details from the dashboard. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@commonline.fly.dev.
