CommonLine does not record calls unless a host starts a recording from the dashboard or by pressing *8.

Announcement and consent

When a recording starts, an announcement ("This call will now be recorded") is played to everyone in the room before recording begins, and a closing announcement is played when it stops. Recording-consent requirements vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and your participants, including notifying participants as required.

Access to recordings

Recordings are available to your organization's account. Do not share or use recordings in ways that violate privacy law or the expectations of your participants.

Retention

Recording references are retained in the usage record for your organization. You may delete recordings as provided by your plan.
